Prices For Prints Will Not Change!

J. S . - What I believe you are seeing is the base price because you are signed in.
It is not showing you the total price for sale because it removes our mark up for us if we intend to purchase.
Does that make sense to you ? Try one - add your mark up to your image in different sizes , and sign out and see what the prices are.

I tried to change prices yesterday and the old prices still appear... strange :(

@stefano - i assume you changed it in bulk edit? because defaults are only for future uploads, even though that term makes no sense. it should be instant.

also be sure your looking at it after its edited (by either editing the image or logging out, or use the other site your not logged into). otherwise you'll only see the base price.

Default settings = future images
Bulk image edit = existing images
Single edit Image, just that image

Search pages change after 24-48 hours

When logged in you are seeing your purchase price, if you want to buy them

As usual I have changed the prices in both (present and future) ... I have viewed the site with other browsers in order to avoid cache errors but they still do not change.
Now if i go on Default settings or Bulk image edit ...the new prices are stored, but the buyers still see the old prices.

Maybe a temporary glitch ... I'll wait 48 hours :P

Stefano, the new prices appear immediately! Be sure you are logged off when you look. There is a box to check for ALL your images and maybe you didn't check that box.

mmmhhh something escapes me...I agree with you, usually prices appear immediately ...but the old prices are still visible ... I am completely disconnected (another pc, another browser)
