Fire hose waiting on the reel for a fire. Firefighters are very serious about taking care of their equipment - "If you take care of your gear, your gear will take care of you." Makes a lot of sense when you are planning to run into a burning building. But really, who plans to run into a burning building? Firefighters and that is why I have a lot of respect for them, but I still they have a slice of crazy too. I have been in a structure fire and if I can avoid it, I don't want to repeat that exerience - Ever.
