Description
This is the end of the hose on a 19th century hand powered pumped. This pumper was pulled by horses to the scene of a fire and then firefighters had to pump the water out by hand while other firefighters channeled the water at the base of the flames. Even with modern technology, some things don't change - firefighting is hard work.
Auf Deutsch: Dies ist das Ende des Schlauchs auf einem 19. Jahrhundert Hand angetrieben gepumpt.
