A momento of the sea: I portrayed myself on holiday in Puglia, in southern Italy. I imagined to take from a typical, historical villa a momento of the sea: its colours and its sound.
Thank you!

Sunset on the Caprivi Strip, South Africa. The water is still and reflects the beautiful African Sunset in golds orange and pink hues. The trees and grasses along the river are silhouetted against the calm water and makes a beautiful contrast of light and dark. The water reflects the gorgeous sky and ranges from soft blue, violet, yellow, gold and orange.

Tree turning into a fountain: This unique tree turning periodically into a fountain is situated in Dinosa, in Montenegro, Eastern Europe. It is an old Mulberry tree which is probably 100 years old, maybe even 150.
The reason for this rare and natural phenomenon is the fact that this tree has a cavity from its root to the inside of the trunk and it is surrounded by many underground springs.
And so after a heavy rainfall, those underground springs flood and the added pressure pumps the water upwards, and then comes out through the hole in the tree bark.
This causes the entire area to flow like a small stream, it's a beautiful view that attracts many tourists searching the wonders of nature.
Thanks!

Point Vicente Lighthouse, Palos Verdes, California - one of my popular images
Point Vicente Lighthouse, Rancho Palos Verdes, California in golden late evening light (sunset). In the distant background is the Santa Catalina Island.
The Point Vicente lighthouse is a southern California landmark. Constructed in 1926, it provides guidance to boats and ships travelling along the Pacific coast. The nearby Point Vicente Interpretive Center is popular for watching whales migrating between their feeding grounds in Alaska and warm lagoons of Mexico's Baja Peninsula.

This photograph of a fisherman in Lake Calcasieu was made from Blue Goose Overlook along the Creole Nature Trail in Southern Louisiana. The sun was beaming through the clouds. Lake Calcasieu is a brackish lake located in southwest Louisiana, and mostly within Cameron Parish. The Lake, also known as Big Lake to the local population, is located about 17 miles south of Lake Charles, Louisiana.
Big Lake is well known among Gulf Coast anglers as a destination for red drum (redfish) and spotted sea trout (speckled trout) as well as flounder and brown and white shrimp.

https://fineartamerica.com/featured/blue-jellyfish-lucia-waterson.html
Painting of four types of blue jellyfish found in the Mediterranean Sea.
Jellyfish is the informal name for medusa. They are free-swimming marine animals, with umbrella shaped bells that can pulsate so to provide propulsion to move through the waters.
Their trailing tentacles have stinging cells, that's why they can be dangerous to swim with.
No harm, though, to just look at them. And since they are beautiful it will be enjoyable and relaxing to have this painting.
Thank you!
