Smh!! I understand due to the pandemic there are delays but this is ridiculous when you’re trying to get feed back about your purchase and haven’t seen any changes since the purchase. I order this item has gift and had to order something else from another place.

And even now I still don’t have my item from you. I’m totally disappointed by the services.

I'm really sorry about the delay in replying and sending out your order. The number of face mask orders that we're receiving on a daily basis has overwhelmed our production capacity, and we're working our way through a huge backlog of orders while running 24 hours per day.

We expect your orders to ship 20 business days from when the order was placed. That is our best estimate as of today.

Thanks for replying back. This is not good . I’m all about understanding but this leave a bad taste and it’s not good enough that won’t be until middle of June and at this point I’m annoyed . And if that’s the case Fineartamerica should make adjustments to there customers for all the delays because there no information stating delays. It’s say processing 2-3 business days. Maybe you guys need to post something in RED before people order stuff so they know production will be longer then original production time frame stated. Hey would be helpful

A lot of sites stated that for customers so it’s there choice if they want to take that chance.

Won't cancel,
but keeps getting sailes pitches from Fine Art America to create her own, see what others offer, or to get her to join and mcreate her own.

She ordered hers from my Premium site
Irritated is the nicest thing she has to say;
don't want to hear the rest!

Also; why are so many people ordering in May have getting theirs when so many ordersfrom April are still on backlog

Being that I already place this order I still want it. I’m just irritated by lack of how things are being handle for first time buyer.

So again even though y’all are behind just be straight up . If I didn’t say anything I wouldn’t have known all this. I appreciate the feedback. Hope things get better

I’ll be patience with this one I want my item . If for any reason I’m not please then I will decide the next step.

Maybe we can learn from Ayana's comments:

- She was buying a print as a gift. Print listings currently say "ships within 2-3 business days." She didn't know about the delays because production updates are posted on the forum, which is mainly read by artists. The gift was time sensitive & she ended up having to buy something else.

- She's a first-time customer who is so frustrated that she posted on the forum. (She's not the only frustrated print buyer. See the Buyer Review page with similar comments.)

- She identifies the problem: shipping times are not clearly communicated.

- She suggests a solution to the problem: "post something in RED before they order stuff so they know production will be longer than original production time frame stated."
