I'm really sorry about the delay in replying and sending out your order. The number of face mask orders that we're receiving on a daily basis has overwhelmed our production capacity, and we're working our way through a huge backlog of orders while running 24 hours per day.
Expect your orders to ship 25-30 business days from when the order was placed. That is our best estimate as of today.

Regarding prints:
Will these be updated on the image pages and checkouts? Prints still say 2-3 business days on the image page, and if I add one to my cart and pretend to check out, is says it's ready to ship by Monday the 25th, which is 4 business days. If it is a minimum of 8 business days, that's Friday the 29th at the earliest. I am just confused by all the varying info, not trying to be annoying, thanks

I see they have updated the 15-20 Business days on the mask description pages and also in the carts.
But if I put a print in my cart it says: Ready to Ship: Monday, May 25th - but that isn't correct.
Customers just want the correct info.

Yes and when we also drop ship like I do for some customers of a 3rd party shop we have to relay shipping dates to our customers as accurately as we can.

shouldn't the pages reflect this new time? and maybe mention that its because of the virus that there is a delay?
