Yinguo developed a passion for art since childhood, but life changed his path to become an international servant doing development work in Asia. After retirement from the Asian Development Bank, Yinguo is finally able to follow his own dream to practice art. Vincent Van Gogh, Claude Monet and Albert Bierstadt are Yinguo's favorite artists and Yinguo agrees with what Friedrich Nietzsche said “The essence of all beautiful art, all great art, is gratitude”. Yinguo is grateful to be able to paint and to travel around the globe to see the beautiful world created by God. While Yinguo mainly focuses on oil painting, he also brings his camera when he is travelling. As a result, you will see some beautiful photos in this website along with his oil paintings.
