Born and raised in Minnesota, I am self-taught in photography and have been taking photos since my teenage years as a hobby. I have some close people who have influenced me over the years with their passion in photography. Especially my uncle, Barry Formo, a professional photographer who lives in Utah. He taught, me at a young age, the importance of sitting quiet and still...and observe all that goes on around you. We miss so much that life has to show us if we don't slow down and see it.
