I've always loved animals and nature and have been photographing both since I was a little girl in Long Island toting around my Kodak Instamatic. My lifelong love of all things wild and furry led me to relocate from New York to Wyoming to be close to the area's wealth of wildlife. During my first visit to the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem in 1994, I felt a special connection to the area and was determined to make it my home. I now live outside the East Entrance of Yellowstone National Park in nearby, Wapiti, Wyoming. Since I left my corporate job, I spends most of my days in the company of the wildlife and wild horses that call this area home. Currently, most of my time is devoted to observing and documenting the wild horses of McCullough Peaks, a group of horses I consider like family.

My work has been published by numerous organizations including National Geographic, National Geographic Kids, Nature's Best, Outdoor Photographer, Wyoming Wildlife, Ranger Rick Jr., National Wildlife, Jackson Hole Magazine, Defenders of Wildlife, The Guardian, VIA Magazine, Buffalo Field Campaign, Yellowstone Forever, American Wild Horse Campaign, Cody & Beyond, Outside Bozeman and various other books, magazines and newspapers both domestically and internationally.

I've received numerous awards and honorable mentions in national photography competitions, including Nature's Best, National Wildlife Federation, World Wildlife Fund, Denver Audubon Society, NANPA and Wyoming Wildlife. My portrait of a bison overlooking Hayden Valley, entitled 'Surveying his Kingdom' won the top pro wildlife prize in the inaugural Nature's Best/Yellowstone Forever photography competition. My winning bison image was on display at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History in Washington, DC, as part of the Nature's Best Photography Windland Smith Rice International Awards Exhibition for the 2016-2017 season.

In April of 2015, I had the privilege of being profiled in Outdoor Photographer magazine. The article showcased some of my favorite wildlife images and discussed my transition from pharmaceutical company executive to full-time wildlife photographer. The magazine also featured my image of a snow-covered bison, entitled 'Road Warrior' as the cover image for April.
