Rita Brown is the artist known for painting magical memories of her hometown aka 'The Girl Who Paints Waltham'. This wonderful collection of Waltham paintings was launched in 2007 and expands every year. This includes the beautiful old architecture of the Waltham churches, schools, city hall, museums, police and fire centers, shops, cemeteries and the famous Charles River. Of course, the Moody Street bridge and some of the landscape where the Muddy Charles runs through. Rita's followers add her lovely new pieces of colorful frameable works of art to their holiday decorations. Rita graduated with honors from Mass College of Art and Boston University Graduate Program. Commissions are available upon requests.
