My early work varies from German expressionist to impressionism and my more current work centers around surrealism and abstraction. I work in oils and lino cut prints, plus some reverse glass paintings. I started painting while living in South Africa, taking art classes in Cape Town and exhibiting at the Cape Gallery, the French Consulate, and with the South African Society of Artists (group shows). Later I moved back to the United States in 2010 and live in the small town I grew up in, Idyllwild, which is in the San Jacinto Mountains of Southern California. Other hobbies include being an ice hockey goalie and an avid hiker; I live with my husband and son.
I've had yearly solo shows here since moving back but am switching more and more to online show forums and sites to exhibit and sell my work. If you are looking for original work please let me know.
