Photographer and artist Matthew Beyer breaks from his day job as a robotics engineer to produce vibrant and captivating images using his own custom-designed and hand-built electronics.   His distinctive macro photos capture the wondrous colors and patterns found in everyday water drops and soap bubbles.   Forgoing the typical macro style photos, Matthew experiments with whorls, streaks, and explosive bursts to capture uncommon and unique behaviors in the simple soap bubbles he uses as subjects.
