I am mostly a self- taught artist.   Over the years, I have been refining and enhancing my skills, especially my talent as a pastel portrait artist and painter.   I received a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and business administration, from the University at Albany, NY, with primary concentrations in printmaking and art history.   Beforehand, I spent two years at Potsdam State discovering the world of pottery and education.   My current pastel works have been inspired by mission trips to Huancayo, Peru, Honduras and Nicaragua.   The children have touched me in such...more
