Jonathan Wommack was raised in Jordan, Palestine and Egypt which had an influence on his world view - and in turn, his art work.   He studied art in 2008 at the Art and Design School of Heliopolis in Cairo, Egypt.   Being the only westerner in the class at the time had its challenges, but opened his eyes to the thriving, very personal artwork that was (and still is) coming out of Cairo, about two years before the Arab Spring reached Egypt.   After his time in Cairo, he moved to Springfield Missouri and continued his art studies under the mentorship of Michael Buesking at Evangel...more
