I am 57 years old and have been painting for many years now.   I am primarily an abstract artist and i work with acrylics and oils and watercolors and anything i might find that will express what i am wanting to express.   The paintings i do are very often an 'accident' in so far as i have an idea when i start but the work itself 'takes over' so to speak and what i finish with is something very different than what i originally conceived.
