I picked up my first Brownie Hawkeye in 5th grade. Over the last 11 years I have been an exclusive photographer for iStockphoto and Getty images. Besides doing stock photography for 11 years, I lived for 22 years on the shore of Lake Champlain, VT until recently moving to TN. The beauty of Vermont was an inspiration to pursue the interest further and I took a number of courses at the Maine Photography Workshops, including a two week workshop in Provence. I have traveled throughout the United States, England, Paris and Provence, France. I love creating esthetically appealing images of subjects from animals, landscapes, people, events, and especially children.
My equipment before digital was Minolta but since then I have had only Canon Equipment, the last being the Canon D5 Mark III. I've used everything from fisheye lenses, to tilt lenses, and even a 600 mm. Adapting stock photography for wall display takes a little creativity and some very good post processing work, which fortunately I love to do. There are images that will go well in just about any room of the home.
