I love nature photography, especially beautiful skies and sunsets. With my art, I enjoy using acrylics, and sometimes watercolor, pencils for drawing, and my first love ~ pastels. I have really enjoyed using inks to bring vivid color to my work. My art must have a deeper meaning for me than just art. I need to connect with the piece I am working on, or it just doesn't work. Photography is the same; when I see something beautiful, I want to capture it.
I am a self taught artist since 2008, concentrating on my art more so in the last year and a half. I have entered contests and won certificates for my art. Beauty comes in so many forms; I have much more to explore, capture and create.
