No Artificial Intelligence (AI) images here.. My artwork is painstakingly created from my original photographs with an emphasis on texture, color, and form. I photograph anything that peaks my interest. My original photos are used as points of departure to create fresh images that take on new imagery and added dimension. What begins as a photograph may terminate as an impressionistic or abstract image, transformed through various digital painting and computer generated processes.
Inspiration is found all around me in natural surroundings, and in photos which have been shelved for some time. I enjoy revisiting older images and transforming them into new images. I love both bold and subtle colors found in my abstract images and digitally altered photos.
