Debra is a Tennessean who migrated to Maryland in the late 1970's. She studied art at FCC in Frederick, Maryland where she began her psychology and social science studies. She incorporated art into her curriculum. After graduating from FCC she studied for a Bachelor in Psychology with a Minor in Social Sciences. She then continued her studies and graduated from UMUC in Maryland with a Bachelor in Criminal Justice.
