I've enjoyed taking photos for as long as I can remember. As a little girl, I carried my camera around snapping photos of random things, using the money I had saved to buy film and have my photos developed. When I went off to college, I gave it up (not sure why). I would pick a camera up every now and then and shoot some snapshots, never realizing how much I actually enjoyed taking photos. I never thought of photography or creativity as something that would allow me to be independent and get a good job, so I studied to be a computer programmer, thinking that was the best choice for me.
Fast forward several years, and I've long since given up computer programming. My job is still in front of a computer most of the time, but it's on the creative side. I'm also still pretty independent, but I finally figured out what my true loves in life are.
What I love / enjoy: my Pembroke Welsh Corgis, photography, photo editing, travel, travel planning, mountains, snow, music and concerts, trying new restaurants, and gourmet cupcake shops! If I should ever be lucky enough to win the lottery, I will travel with Roy and Mr. Griswold (my two Corgis) and become a travel photographer. In the meantime, I'll continue to enjoy my Corgis, do some traveling, and shoot photos whenever I can.
