I am an engineer who happens to enjoy art. I didn't study art, though I did take art as an elective in high school. I enjoy water colors and have ventured into acrylics and oil paintings too. I mostly paint landscapes. I tell people that I could quit my job and become a starving artist, but I'm really not considering taking that step. For now, I'm content to take occasional classes, attend local workshops, and paint my weekly project, at least until the weather improves and I can golf again.
