Born on the north shore of Nova Scotia, Canada; I graduated from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto and now reside in South Carolina.
Although I have lived in several different places, I've never been far from my roots. I developed my love of the natural scene early in life; surrounded by the sandy shores and warm waters of the ocean. Sea sides, streams, lakes, trails, trees and mountains are favorite places to visit. You can often fine me boating, fishing, hiking, kayaking or swimming, but my camera is always close at hand. Photography is my way of preserving a scene to enjoy over and over again.
Closer to home I spend time in my garden or walking and exploring with my two big dogs. We enjoy a simple life. I'm grateful to those who had the forethought to preserve the natural areas I visit so often. Here are the places and things I love to be near.
