I am a native of the beautiful Historic City of Charleston, South Carolina.   I was born in the downtown area and raised in the surrounding areas.   I enjoyed art as a hobby since I was a young girl.   I slowly taught myself how to paint over the past 20 years painting.   I enjoy painting the most because it gives me the ability to mix and enjoy the colors on my canvas despite the subject.   Simply put... love color, as you may notice in my paintings.
