My name is Beverly Bronson. I have been an artist all my life or so it seems. I love all mediums but prefer watercolor for its freshness and spontaneity. In addition, I would be considered a colorist as I tend to use practically every paint tube color if I can. It helps to release my inner child within in a joyful way. I have been called an expressionist because I do feel I can express my feelings and emotions depending on the brush stroke used, the linear qualities and my use of color. A long time ago, I was very detailed in my approach but now feel my artistic style has gotten abstract/impressionistic. In this way, I can let the viewer fill in details. I find doing art a very spiritual/therapeutic process and it helps me cope more adequately with the real world. Peace and love to you.
