Annette Cohen grew up in Chevy Chase, Maryland, where, as a child her passion for art began.   From grade school through high school, she loved her art classes.   She will always remember her second grade teacher, who let her miss class to paint murals in the hallways.   She studied at Maryland University, majoring in Fine Arts, and Maryland Institute, College of Art, majoring in illustration.   Her studies were interrupted when her father took ill and she returned home to care for him.   She resumed her academics and earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a...more
