I started shooting in high school and after my 4-year stint in the Air Force started shooting freelance for the local papers.   I soon became a full time reporter/photographer for the Bangor Daily News, and also worked at the award-winning Ellsworth American in the mid eighties as sports editor, photographer, and Directory of Photography.   During that time I contributed to several weekly papers and now magazines.   I always endeavored and enjoyed presenting the world to my readers through photography.   I concentrate on landscapes of northern New England, and Northern California.
