Birding, wildlife and photography have been in my life since I was a child.   My parents gave me an Audobon coloring set when I was in third grade.   I would meticulously color the birds from the sample Audubon pages.   From that time on I was enamored with birds.   Living in Sarasota, Florida has given me the opportunity to view many, many different species of birds.   Photographing birds gives me a closer insight into the lives of birds.   I try to make eye contact with the bird before I take his photo.   The bird has to feel...more
