Just a retired industrial photographer (RIP), still spending time with my favorite passion, photography! Retired to a cottage close to the Pacific Ocean in northwestern Oregon, until my wife retires, then we'll be back to Jamestown, Tennessee (her home state)! Been a professional photog all my adult life. Over 50+ years experience, so now I don't shoot weddings, babies, or portraits any longer! US Army trained photographer, then for almost twenty years as an industrial photographer in the last days of underground nuclear testing and the mining projects of Yucca Mountain at the Nevada test site! Most of my photography in both the Army and after were marked secret documents and housed within the vaults of the Departments of Defense and Energy with the United States Government. So I really have no formal portfolio of those years! My profile picture is one of the few that was marked unclassified and was shot in 1990, over 30 years ago! Thank you for stopping by to take a look! Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada with dice in my hand, smoking a cigar! I'm dysfunctional, but my cameras work! Anyone can take a picture but making a picture is a war then hanging it in this gallery and someone buys it; that is a miracle! I am more than happy to share! The distraction of color works well when needed, however I am most fond of monochrome work! One day at a time! WTS
