No matter what you do, you cannot stop time. You will get wrinkled, you will get old. Of course you can somehow slow down the process by taking a good care of your body and mind, but other than that, you can do nothing about it. It's sad... there's no denying it. You are getting less attractive, you cannot do things you were able to do in the past, your body starts giving up and basically you are falling aparat... Not exactly something you cannot wait for... But does it really matter in the end? One of the most straightforward guideline and a simple rule of life is; you do the best you can do under given circumstances, everything else... doesn't matter. Don't fight it, it's futile. Flow like water, avoid obstacles, don't stop, don't dwell, just flow... and just like water... you will always find the way...
