It may seem that I have been “churning out” my artwork in record time. In reality, I am finally getting around to finishing a few pieces that have been in various stages of creation. I‘d venture to say that there are at least a dozen floral pieces sitting in limbo. Following a quick review of work, I am attempting to finish the pieces based on my personal favorites! As most everyone knows, roses have always been a favorite flower. I can’t say for certain, the source of inspiration for this piece. I attend countless floral shows. I find myself stopping at a moments notice at the discovery of a new garden, AND I often borrow photos from friends on social media with their permission! I think one reason why I enjoy the floral work, is that it’s too easy these days for people to loose their motivation or to become discouraged. Not only does the completion of a floral work make ME happy, but it’s my hope it make others happy too!
