The Joy of Design Mandala Series Puzzle 8 Arrangement 3 by Helena Tiainen is built with 64 panel scans of selected eight original paintings in The Joy of Design Series in altered positions. There are eight of the each eight paintings in this compilation. I will create another six variations with these painting scans prior to moving on to The Joy of Design Mandala Series Puzzle 9 with another set of scans of selected paintings. You can learn more by reading descriptions under Arrangement 1 and 2 of The Joy of Design Mandala Series Puzzle 8. These playful works are about changing perspectives and changing perceptions. Things look different when the pieces come together in different order. I am using this as a metaphor for the forever presence of potential for change.
