A reproduction of Troy Caperton’s “Hands on His Head”, 2005. The work is a portrayal of two young men engaged in a passionate nude kiss. The abstract scene shows a way for male forms to interact that is fundamentally different than the interaction of male and female. For all the ages of man there have been men who, for whatever reason, have preferred the particular eroticism which is only available between men. This is an effort to capture some of that glory. The original painting is an oil on canvas mounted on wooden bars that measures 16 x 20 inches. It is in the possession of the artist.
