Summer avatar contest

It's coming into North American summer now even for those of us that live in the cooler northern regions, so this contest is going to be about all things summer. For anyone living far south of the equator, you'll just need to dream a little during your winter season.

The official rules:
1. One submission per member
2. Any medium or subject matter, providing there is a clear and direct summertime connection (i.e., snow, autumn leaves, spring blossoms will be removed from the contest)
3. See the Group homepage for general info on image standards - entries must be of acceptable quality (i.e., for photos, snapshot and images with post-production issues like fringing will be removed from the contest)
4. No voter solicitation allowed - let your images speak for themselves!

The winning image will be used as the group's avatar over the next 3 northern summer months, June to August. The top 5 images overall will be featured on the group's homepages.

Each participant may submit 1 image.

1)   You must be a member of Licensing.Pixels.com in order to cast votes in this contest.   Your account must have been active at least 30 days prior to the start of the contest in order to vote.

2)   You may only vote once per image.

3)   You may vote for a total of 5 different images... but again, only once for any given image.
