Containers in Traditional Art

Plates, bowls, glasses, cups, vases ...... I am fascinated by beautiful paintings that feature household containers. How the artists captured the subtle light and modeled forms with value and color, their ability to see beauty in the ordinary.... Simply intriguing!

Rules:
1. Traditional paintings (oil, acrylic, pastel, watercolor, etc.) and drawings (color pencils, graphite, charcoal, etc.) of containers, such as plates, bowls, glasses, cups, vases - The containers must be the main objects or at least play an important supportive role in the artwork;
2. Two pieces of artwork per artists;
3. Family friendly.

Anyone is welcome to participate. Non-members are encouraged to join our group and share the joy of creativity!

The contest will last for two weeks and the voting, three days.

The contest is just for fun! Thank you for your participation!

Each participant may submit 2 images.

1)   You must be a member of Licensing.Pixels.com in order to cast votes in this contest.   Your account must have been active at least 30 days prior to the start of the contest in order to vote.

2)   You may only vote once per image.

3)   You may vote for as many images as you like... but only once for any given image.
