Melanie was born and raised in an artistic family located in Western Pennsylvania.   Her father and mother, both talented artists, encouraged Melanie to pursue her passion for art in early childhood.   In early adulthood, however, she struggled to find a profession that would fit her since art was not considered an actual 'profession'.   It wasn't until her husband George suggested she create for a living, that she finally accepted her passion for art.   Melanie has never looked back since.   Melanie is a naturalist with an educational background in environmental...more
