My name is Carolyn Ricks. I am a Registered Nurse, a Community College Instructor and a photographer. I absolutely love photography. My favorite subjects are landscapes, flowers and animals. I love nature, as you can tell. Since I live in a town surrounded by water, many of my images are waterfront shots and boats. Another passion of mine is catching beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I must admit, it is mostly sunsets, since I am really not a morning person!!
I live in a small town, know as the South's Prettiest Town; Edenton, North Carolina. Our town is full of history, historical sites, and beautiful homes.
I am new to FAA and look forward to learning my way around the site.
