Welcome to the online gallery and print shop for artist Barry Knauff. Barry is an Ohio native who currently enjoys the Carolina life on the east coast. Barry spends a majority of his free time surfing and fishing along the North Carolina coast. Barry's fascination with creating art has been with him since his early childhood. Barry began with drawings and sketches, and today is creating original and unique paintings that are vibrant with intense colors and textures. Barry began painting in his free time in college and continued after his military tour. Barry's abstract paintings are inspired by the unique organic textures often found in oxidized metals and weathered objects found in nature. Barry currently has a series dedicated to nautical designs and décor, vibrant cityscapes, and textured abstracts. Barry strives to produce artwork that is not only nice to view, but instills a sense of relaxation and calm. Through the use of intense textures and a vibrant color pallet, Barry is able to create works that are truly collectible. The Fine Art America collection mainly features barry's digital re-creation of original paintings.
