Stream and fresh snow on Stevensville Brook. Underhill, Vermont.

Oftentimes a familiar scene can look fresh and new again when shot in different seasons. Stevensville Brook runs at the base of Mount Mansfield in Underhill, Vermont and is a first stop on your way up the mountain. Winter provides its own challenges when getting to locations but on this day I was rewarded with a very light coating of fresh snow all along the stream. The contrast of the flowing water and the fresh snow made for an interesting look between the two.
