Arches and columns are featured in this beautiful evening photograph of The Woodlands Waterway bridge in early January 2008, just as the lights came on and one week after Christmas. Magical Water taxis carry tourists through these tunnels, taking them on a full tour of the area or transporting them to hotels along the way. The Woodlands is a master-planned community north of Houston, Texas, USA.

This visit was particularly special, for we had taken my infant granddaughter to have her first glimpse of the Christmas lights along the Waterway. As you can see, it was really a special scene.
