I recently got to visit a vineyard in the Hill Country of Texas in Burnet, TX. It was a wonderful experience. We saw this vineyard ont he side of the road and wandered in to be greeted to a wine tasting and got to meet the great family that runs Perissos Vineyard in the Hoover Valley. After tasting some great wines and picking up a couple of bottles, we took a stroll through the vineyards to take a look at the wine of tomorrow. This is an extraordinary place and I would recommend a stop there any time.
