Description
On a glorious summers day, I was overjoyed to discover this beautiful lily pond filled with these fabulously exotic flowers, it was the perfect place to stop and enjoy my surroundings. As the sun filtered hazily through the trees and rested on the water, highlighting the soft petals of the water lilies and creating the most spectacular scene, I couldn't help but think of Monet. If I were a painter I'd have been inspired to paint. I blended a little texture with my original black and white photograph.
