Description
Watching wild horses in a large desert is a hard thing to do. At any moment they could put their heads down, they could turn in the 'wrong' direction, they could get far away. This was the case on this day. The horses were some distance away, however, I was able to get a better view of the land on which they were grazing. This year everything is green. With sufficient water everything is growing rapidly. Barrel cactus, brittle bush, saguaro cactus, and many other plants. The clouds overhead were dramatic as well, contributing much to the photograph.
