Tomb, Wrought Iron, And Cross Voided - Artistic

Description
This artistic version of a tomb in St. Louis One Cemetery in New Orleans shows the beautiful work of fine wrought iron. Above the fan half circle is a cross with the center removed. That cross is called a "crosses voided." As opposed to cast iron, which appears in the foreground, wrought iron must be forged into shapes as it is straight pieces of iron. There are some beautiful examples of this type of artistic ironwork in many of the old cemeteries of New Orleans. I was playing around with this image in Topaz Studio and decided that I really liked the outcome of this image. No names are visible, and the ironwork predominates. I would have this printed on a NON-gloss paper.
