Description
A nearby town has a series of flags hanging atop a fence that follows the arched contour of the bridge over the Hudson River. It is a moving sight, usually but when the wind is blowing hard it is even better. all of the flags dancing in the wind at the same time, creating different shapes. I caught one shape of one flag, with the light coming from behind - backlit.
