This is one of my serious nostalgia styles. When growing up in Africa, we did not have access to much variety of drawing materials. Due to this, one had to make do with what one could find. I remember using a Black Biro pen with one colored pencil to do entire works of art. Sometimes we would use plant leaves and flowers in places where color was needed. I think art can be pretty cheap if you let it. I did this with a black Biro pen and pink color pencil on a piece of paper I collected on the ground just yesterday! The background hue was added in photoshop
