Here is a close look at the mechanical parts of an old steamer used by the Houston Fire Department around the turn of the century. This Steamer has so many moving parts that it looks like it was built by a watchmaker. This whole mechanical device had me mesmerized at how someone could come up with such a precision machine at the time that it was built.
