Room for One More? Watercolor and Ink.
Based on the popular "Birds on a Wire" concept, I have taken this one step farther, with "Room for One More". Bluebirds all sitting on a wire, as one flies overhead looking for a place to land. Great art for a child's room or for a gift. Great on all FAA products.
The Western Bluebird is a bit larger than a sparrow, appears round-shouldered when perched. Head, wings, and tail blue, breast and back rusty red. Females are paler, duller, with rusty breat, grayish throat and belly. Breeds from S. British Columbia, western U.S. to mountains of central Mexico. Habitat is scatted trees, open conifer forests, farms. In winter, semi-open terrain, brush, deserts.
