Description

The sun is shining red after bushfires hit Tasmania. I took this picture in 2013 in Hobart just after the bushfires were under control, but you could still see the smoke in the air and it also still smelled burned everywhere. I really like the colour arrangement in this picture - dark and mysterious with a hint of a bright happy ending represented in the tiny bit of blue that is visible through all the clouds.
