Description
This is a digitally painted photograph of the NYC skyline, taken from the viewpoint of Liberty State park. In the foreground you can see the bridge that will take you to Ellis Island. In the background is the skyline of Manhattan's financial district, with the Freedom Tower standing proudly above all. The photo itself was taken as night began to creep in and the city lights were turning on and lighting up the scene. I achieved the effect by using textures and brushes in Photoshop.
