No Rest for the Weary...because the bench is missing a slat from the seat. Fortunately, if you take a walk, stroll or hike in Hathaway Park, there are other places to sit down if you even need to do so. Many people go here for a lovely scenic kayak paddle on Shell Creek. This pretty park in Punta Gorda is a natural slice of Old Florida. What a wonderfully sunny January day in the great outdoors.
